This one is a gem...
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Cream together:
1C Butter
1 1/2C White Sugar
Add:
2 Eggs
2tsp Vanilla
mix well
Combine and add:
2C Flour
2/3C Cocoa
3/4tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
Dump in and stir:
1 Bag of Peanut Butter Chips
Drop by the spoonful onto cookie sheets.
Bake @350 for 9min or so (again, underbaking slightly is always best)
